That was my first thought, but I guess if you import the picture yourself, then you just rotate it to a 45 degree angle in photoshop or whatever before you import it. It is a cool technique. I have been cross stitching for years and I have never even thought to do this. Now I have to try it.

I can write a step by step instruction if anyone else is interested? Let me know..

It would be cool if more people started cross stitching at an angle thanks to Alex Cheesy

one problem; I have Windows Paint and that's it.  Sad  I'm too cheap for photoshop and I had some kind of issue with Gimp.  Undecided  maybe I can figure out what went wrong with Gimp and see if I can get the same affect.  Grin

Love it. I adore A Clockwork Orange. (Okay, so I should mention that I never did finish the book, but it was due back at the library and I've seen the movie several times.) Love the angle. Amazing. If I cross stitched I'd totally have to try this. (Not that I can't cross stitch, but crafts with too much counting make me angry.)
