Welcome!  Msface!!!   Your first grannies look preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'effortless...beautiful...you')'ll be workin' them
"brainlessly" by the end of May!

I am weavin' in ends on April's CaL, will post when I get finished w/the dang thing!!

I have two Inga bags going simultaneously, in wool, to be felted when complete.  I've tried some other colors of yarn and have two out of three for an afghan to work on, as well.  The off white/cream color does not guage w/the others....=]

Anywhoo, glad to be in the soup w/ya'all this month...happy granny-ing!!

Here are my May 1st & 2nd squares! I'm going to make an Inga bag with them. They're made with brown Lion Brand cotton and I used an E hook (which is in the picture). I don't think my bag will be very big, but I didn't feel like doing 7 rounds. And, I made them with one color because I didn't want to weave in extra ends. So, I guess I should dub this the Lazy Inga Bag Wink

LOL! I should be grading quizzes, but... blech!

I need to work out what size hook I need to use to add the rounds to my disassembled granny square blanket project (from last month). I may need to use an F... And then get started on adding the rounds!

msface: Your first granny looks so much better than mine! I couldn't figure out the instructions at all.

craftADDchick: Nice to see you've joined the Inga's bag bandwagon.  Wink I can't wait to see the final bag! I'd be using mine but it needs lining and I don't know how to go about that. Any ideas fellow Craftsters?

I started this last month, but it's probably what I'll be doing for the majority of this month's CAL. Busting the acrylic stash hexagon style:

And this one is what I've done so far, but it's not the best quality:

And yes, that is Craftster on the screen, specifically fluffysam's cactus. Cheesy

I made 19 Grannies this week, two of them today and about 5 yesterday, and have almost sewed them all together. The ends (mainly from the middle starting yarn) are going to take longer to sew in than making it! I'll get some pics up eventually, it usually takes me forever. Those are slowly becoming a bag.

I'm also going to start working on my other project again as soon as I finish this, the one I joined the crochet-along for: my Mario mushroom. I'm still planing on doing "one a day" even if its 2 one day since I'm sure I'll miss a day here and there!

By the way, I love the hexagons, I think I'm going to learn those next!

I'm making small granny squares - only 4 rounds. I've made 5 so far!  Smiley
I'm using 'autumn' colors - Red, oranges and brown.
Really like the hexagons though - think that'll be next on my list of things I'd like to learn!
