I collaged the outside of my first car, with black and white classic movie stars and lots of glitter. It was a lot of fun to keep adding to it. I used clear acrylic to put them on. Unfortunately i don't have photos, only a memory.

Well, thats simply awesome.

A collage postcard swap sounds like a good idea.  I just bought a whole bunch of picture frame matting at an estate sale and that would work great for a home made postcard.  Posterboard would probably also work.

If anyone's interested in swapping, pm me. I have plenty of collaged postcards that need good homes.

this is my dresser, which i collaged about a year ago. i used to have a really bad magazine habit in my teens so i had a ton of cosmogirls, ym's, seventeens, us, people, cosmo....etc. and my mother forced me to get rid of them so i replaced the magazine buying habit with a magazine cutting habit.

now i'm only allowed to buy glamour and people. luckily i still have tons of cosmos because i just recently decided it was an awful magazine and i shouldn't contribute money to them, even if they are good for making collages.

anyway, here it is:

Nicely done, everyone! Collages are so much fun. Here's one of mine.

Wow! Great collages everyone. It looks like a lot of fun, I'm definitely going to try making one.

From the book Godless:

Just Al: I know that God is real. I feel his presence in my heart
Me: What does it feel like?
Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

okay i also love collage, but i do have a question... how do you store your images between projects? i hate how i keep all these magazines that take up a lot of space just to use for collage. and when i cut the images out they just get all lost or folded...

Looking to do a personal swap for any boyish nursery print flannels! I can send polymer clay charms, purses, paper crafts, microscope slide pendant kit, and a lot more.
