I got a wonderful request from the wonderful Spooky Pooky for a Meat Loaf Poppet! I couldn't pass up the chance to make such a unique poppet!
Meat Loaf!
He has inset eyes, a slightly sculpted mouth, lots of hair, ruffled shirt with pearl buttons and cuff links, suspenders, a vest, tux pants, red scarf, and leather boots.

A bit of a side view. I used the gnome alteration of the poppet to get a portly physique. I also modified the legs and arms a bit to make them chubbier.

Close up of his shirt front. You can also see his suspenders which snap to the inside of his pants in the front and are stitched to the back of his pants. They also cross in the back.

Meat's little cuffs. I used snaps here too, underneath the pearl buttons. He also has posable fingers and arms.

A close up of his face! I love how it came out! You can also see a bit of his silk scarf hanging in his hand.

Thanks for looking! Wink

Ditto! When we were younger my little sister and I used to come come to find my dad screaming Meatloaf at the top of his lungs, while vacuuming the house after a long hard day of work...
He turned out super awesome!

I don't use patterns for my poppet clothes. I drape and measure each poppet for their clothing. I have basic ways I make each article of clothing, but they are tailored to work for each poppet.
