Yay for the Hark, a Vagrant love!  I spend more time than I should, trying to convert the unwashed masses to the Church of Kate Beaton.  Your fat pony is fantastic.  (Do you take requests?  Embroider a character from "Sexy Tudors"!)

AWESOME I love the fat pony! Grin Kate Beaton is just hilarious, I've got a copy of her book and my family and I read from it all the time.

Well you didn't defeat the wizard but you made him sort of depressed. THAT'S GOOD ENOUGH.

Nice work!

Fat pony is adorable- I have to check out a comic that has characters this awesome!

And I think he looks great on the pattered fabric- the black floss helps him stand out and the pattern gives him motion. It's great!

You have made me come out of my lurking to say that THIS IS AWESOME. Fat Pony never fails to make me smile and when I saw this I literally gasped with delight.

Your needlework is fantastic and does indeed capture the spirit of all that is Fat Pony.  Tongue

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments!

Hee!  I love how Lord Burghley isn't very good at being sexy.  The one I really want to do, except it will take some thought and patience, is the Plantaganet family portrait; http://www.harkavagrant.com/index.php?id=175.  Especially as my name is Eleanor.  But sadly, I'm sometimes lacking in thought and patie... ooh, something shiny!

Well you didn't defeat the wizard but you made him sort of depressed. THAT'S GOOD ENOUGH.

That's such a fab quote, it kinda needs to be cross-stitched out!  I was thinking of embroidering "YOU SHOULD HAVE SPECIFIED" under Fat Pony, but decided he stood up on his own without it.

You have made me come out of my lurking to say that THIS IS AWESOME.

I'm very proud!!!  Grin  I've only been a member here for a little while, but this is such a fab site.  Love it!
