I have two new recons, inspired by my new strapless bra.
I have really big boobs, so finding a strapless bra that fits and actually works is something to celebrate about!
What better way than with tube tops  Grin

All these are hand sewn, so.. that's my excuse for them looking kinda funky.

This one was a large men's tee that said "My balls itch" or something. It was retarded so i cut it off and used the rest of the shirt to make a boob tube

(very serious expression, for a very serious picture)

This one was a GIGANTIC shirt. Like, I've never seen a shirt so huge. Like, the entire tube top is just the front side, and bottom half of the shirt.

I don't really know what the print is on it, but it's pretty awesome so whaaatever. :3

I really love the second one!

I'm with you on the whole "full chested/strapless bra" debacle, suffering from the same problem meself, yet finally finding one that works! And yes, I did a full out happy dance in the dressing room at the store Cheesy

Did you use any type of pattern or just cut and sew?

Just cut and sew, I'm not good with patterns so I halfass everything. I'm really suprised they came out wear-able actually, hahaha. Grin

Those turned out great! And as someone who also possesses giant wachungas, I know how hard it is to find a good strapless bra, so congrats.

You lucky duck!
1.) For being so gad-dang talented! and
2.) For finding a strapless that actually holds in the guns!

the tops are cute but...I really want to know more about that bra.  Where did you find it, what kind is it.  I mean, it really does the job and I've been looking for one my entire life.

Lol, same here!

Your shirts are really cute.  I dig the print on the second one.

Eco-friendly items, patterns, hippies, and more.

I'm on Ravelry, too!

Haha! Yeah! The bra kicks ass. I want to say it's from Target, it was a gift from my mother who only shops at target and walmart. I can't imagine walmart to have a nice bra like it, but target might.
I'll look into it and tell y'all tomorrow >:3

I just got a strapless bra yesterday! Grin It's the first one I've ever had that fits really well.  And I think I might have to do something similar with some of the T shirt stash I have.

*My bra is from a company called Panache (I went to a speciality store).  It was $65 but I think well worth the investment in that it will allow me to expand my summer wardrobe.

new recon!
made from a fancy spandex-y dress shirt that had an ugly collar
with all this
embroidery ugliness on it
and one of those shirts they give you when you donate blood

i wish my sewing machine wasn't busted

but it's kinda cute like tunic-y kimono shirt thing so whatever :3
