I FEEL the Love, indeed!
and I get to touch it, too!...

The pictures are fantastic but the teeny tiny exquisite work on this piece must be seen to be believed.
...and French knots with metallic thread??? It makes my head hurt. Ooof!

Thank you, Dear T!

I have loved everything you've done on that Beatrix Potter fabric, but this certainly takes the bacon-flavored cake! It's so detailed I can barely stand it! I love the chain and the hair but would it be weird if I said that the trees were my favorite?

Remember the time he ate my goldfish and you lied to me and said I never had a goldfish? Then why'd I have the bowl Bart?

Why.

Did I Have.

The Bowl??

Thank you, kittykill!  You missed seeing any of the fun stuff in person.  Poor kid.

Wow, thanks!  That's the nice thing about personal favorites, they can be as weird as suits you.  I wanted a bit of color in the background, but not a lot of details or too much color.  It felt like an autumn scene to me, but kept the leaves green because I thought autumn colors would mess that up.

Wow...amazing work! The walking stick especially is fantastic, it looks so textured and really jumps out from the piece. *Rocks*

Thank you!  That was fun to watch come together as I stitched it.  I love faux bois so it was fun to do some in floss.
