Since I live in Orlando and I'm an avid visitor of Disney World, I've seen these beaded animals at Animal Kingdom and Epcot. I'd really like to know how to make a few to know what the process is like and how I can construct something similar for an idea I have in mind. There are so many links and tutorials out there that I recommend you google Peyote. I think that's the basic tecniquque used.

hi there
these are made with seed beads and wire.the larger ones have a frame of thicker wire and seed beads are strung on thinner wire and wound onto the frame.they are sold on the street where I come from.there is no stitching involved and I have not seen patterns on the Web yet so you will have to use your imagination.try and Google wire beaded animals or try South African beaded curios/insects/animals.Good Luck
