I am a n00b at silk-screening, have just done a couple.  The actual screen printing process went well, but it is the heat-setting that has given me problems. The first few I did were fine.  They were white...  Now I just tried to heat-set two baby blue onesies and they both scalded!  They are 100% cotton and I had them set on the cotton setting.  I am using my household iron, ironing for 3 minutes per side.  Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me???
