I am in the current wall art swap, it was great, I dont do a lot of painting as I mostly haven't a clue what to paint, but my partner Shelina likes wonderwoman and VW vans, so i thought I would combine the two. i used gouache to give a nice flat cartoon type effect, the size is about A3, yes that is the toe of my slipper in the picture!


for an extra I did this, she collects art with monarch butterflies on and she is the organiser of the swap and used a banksy piece for the picture on the swap, I combined the two for this. The girl is freehanded (from a picture of banksys original) and done with sharpies, the butterfly cut out and painted on, with splashes of paint and glitter etc. Yes more slipper action in this one too.

thanks!  though I'm not sure which one is the tag line, lol    Redneck quote is from a Charlie Daniels song, and I can't remember where I saw the one about good sense being the chief enemy of creativity but I loved it
