That's so pretty, Myklia... I just want to squeeze it!  Cheesy
Wow! That has to be the best-looking 'hairball' I've ever seen!  Wink So cool!

Here's my offering for the week. It's SSS black/white roving kettle-dyed with Wilton's... 1.7 ounces

That's beautiful! Does dying with Wilton's really work? Is it colorfast? I think I've heard about it somewhere before, but I'd like your opinion as you've had personal experience with it.

It works wonderfully! You have to add some acid into the mix (I use white vinegar)...then, add heat....and cross your slightly-blue-fingers! I'm never 100% sure what it'll look like until it's done.  Cheesy If you make the dye mixture very concentrated, you can also 'paint' your roving and still get some really deep colors. I lose a little dye with the first wash, but not after that. Fiber that I dyed about 9-10 months ago (all the longer I've been using Wilton's) still looks the same. The clean-up isn't too bad, either.  Wink

Thank you, inez! Your singles are beautiful. I've never done singles, but I will have to soon. Plying is my favorite part  Cheesy
