I made this sloth for Nolansmomster's son, in the, "Make A Friend" swap.  Her son likes texture and weight, so I made this sloth from a towel for texture, and weighted his legs w/plastic poly pellets for weight.  I also sewed on wooden buttons for the eyes.  Again, for texture.  I hope her son liked him.

What a cute sloth!  I love that you made him from a towel--the color is fabulous! I am sure he is going to be well received!

I would also like to know if you made the cushion in your chair...I have a similar chair and could use a cushion like that...it looks like the perfect shape to support your back...

Thanks for sharing your projects, gotgrey!

Hi alwaysinmyroom.  No, unfortunately I didn't make the cushion in my chair.  I got it at Goodwill.  It is just a thick piece of foam cut in a biscuit/bone shape.  The cover zips off.  I got it for .99 cents!  It is super comfortable and supportive!  You could probably make one.  What drew me to it was the Noah's ark fabric.  Thank you for the compliments on my sloth.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

You get all thumbs up here because when my six-year-olds saw it they gave a unanimous squeal. Great job!
