Hi!  So I decided to branch off from here. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=343659.0  Since you guys were so nice and encouraging, I did make the other three for the set.

Dumbledore is the same size as the others, he's just propped up in the picture so that you can see him behind the others.  He measures approximately 4" wide by 10" tall (with hat) by 4" long.  The other three are approximately 4" wide by 4" tall by 4" long.

Harry

Ron

Hermione

Dumbledore

Comments and criticisms welcomed!  Thanks for looking!

Okay- I just LOVE these!! I can see you doing a whole series including Snape, Voldemort, Draco, Hagrid... Oh, the possibilities!!!

The only constructive criticism I have is that Ron needs some freckles. Smiley

Great work!!

Super cute.  Did you buy stripey felt for the ties or did you draw the stripes on?

PS I can't wait for mine!   Grin

These are almost too cute for my brain to process.

I noticed in the Harry discussion thread that you weren't entirely pleased with how his hair turned out; maybe you could cut little triangle bits of felt and sew them haphazardly around his head to suggest the messiness that Rowling so often mentions in the books.  Also, maybe you could sew a couple little eyelashes by each of Hermione's eyes to feminize her a bit.

I wish I had striped fleece, but I don't so yeah, I had to draw it on.  I thought of sewing stripes, but the seams are too bulky with something that small.  And I'm still a little stumped with yours, I'm not sure which woodland creature to do!   Smiley  How do you feel about owls?  Do they scare you?

Also, in the books, Hermione has big buck teeth. That's a potential add-on for her cute stuffie Smiley But I like them as they are too.

I'm not ready to sell my patterns yet, but thanks for checking out my Etsy and the suggestions!  Cheesy
