I love history of all kinds, especially Egyptian history.  I found this design in a cross stitchy magazine a few years ago and loved it.  It's stitched on 16 count cream aida.  I had no idea what to do with it after I finished it but knew I wanted it to be on show, so thought I'd put it on a cushion.  I mounted the design on some brown felt I had lying around and stitched that onto the cushion.  We had a homeware sale at work so I caved in and bought one instead of making one  Smiley  Anyway here it is:
