Hello all!
So I wanted to try something different with my gnome pattern, and a thought popped into my mind.  What's cool already, but would be even cooler if it were in plushie form?  Why Harry Potter of course!  Smiley  He's made of fleece and is filled with fiberfill and dried corn.

I wanted to do Harry and Ron and Hermoine and Dumbledoor, but I don't know if I really want to now.  I don't really like how the hair came out, I'm not sure exactly how I should do it.  And I think his wand looks like a unicorn horn!  (I know, we are always are worst critics, so I guess I want to know what YOU guys think.)

Comments and criticism welcomed!  Thanks for looking!

i think you are being way too critical! He is adorable!! And you don't even need to make a Dumbledore. Just sit that gnome beside Harry and people will think that it is him!

If you are being really picky i guess i agree with the unicorn horn Cheesy But Harry is supposed to be all cute and fat so i think that it's fine that the wand is too.

So cute, and you could even pass the new gnome off as Dubledore! Smiley

Thanks you guys!  That does make me feel better about Harry and his horn, I mean WAND!  Smiley  And I was going to use the gnome for Dumbledore and just change him a little, like the colors of his coat and hat.  Maybe I'll get a bug in my britches tomorrow and do one up.

I think your plush harry potter is really neat!  I would totally drool over a set of the whole harry potter crew in plushie form like that.  Smiley

-I give up on making TOL pendants.  If anyone would like to have my stone chips, wire and ect.  I would gladly trade it all for some knitting/crochet stuff.

-Currently crafting.....A Weasley blanket.  I'd love some squares made from fellow Craftsters.

It looks awesome!  I think you should do Hermione, Ron and Dumbledore.  I especially like the glasses!   Smiley

You absolutely should make the rest of the set. I can't wait until my son is old enough for us to read Harry Potter together.

ah-mazing! You really should come up with a name for these instead of the bunny pattern Grin Grin

and by the way, a question:
when you make these, do cut the fleece with the stretch going up and down or side to side?

You're right, I probably should call the pattern something else!  Smiley

And the stretch of the fleece goes side to side for the most part.  I sometimes forget and then I get little pudgy bunnies and such!  Smiley
