First time with polymer clay (LOTS of photos)

I saw so many wonderful things made of polymer clay here on Craftster that I had to give it a try, too.
Here is the result:

(Now that I pay attention to it, those have to be some veeeery big strawberries if compared to the orange slices...  Oh, well.)

Actually I am not sure what to make of them.. maybe stitch markers or keyrings?

Everything is so adorable!
I love that the color of everything is so realistic.  I know I'd have a hard time with it, especially the croissant!

omg they're so cute!  I love the detail on the cake!  You could do so much with those: make a cute charm bracelet, cell phone charm, pendant, zipper pull or purse charm, bookmark....

Yes, they do look very tastey!!  I love them and you did a great job with them!  I wish my polymer clay ventures were this good.  I'm always amazed at people's skills with clay!  I LOVE IT!!!

trebleclef: I got the colors just by mixing different colored clay, except for the croissants. They are actually the same color of the cookies, I used powdered soft pastels and a soft paintbrush to give them a more "baked" look, just like they do in this tutorial i found: http://www.cdhm.org/tutorials/learn-to-make-miniature-bread.html
