hi...this is such a great idea! can I smash my pasta? Does it have to be in it's original form? Who knew there would be so many questions about what one can legally "do" to pasta!

1.  Do you have to use store bought pasta or can you make your own?

Not at all!

1.  Do you have to use store bought pasta or can you make your own?  Store bought, homemade or both -- your choice!

2.  Can you use cooked pasta?  Sure!
