it's not terribly exciting but I like it nonetheless
I unraveled a sweater I knew I was never going to finish (I had started it years ago and all i had to do was finish a sleeve and a half)  and with some of the yarn i made this scarf for my mom.  the yarn i had ordered for her gift hasnt gotten here yet so i panicked...

I will also be knitting a bag and a hat for her and maybe, if shes lucky, the original gift i was suppossed to make her.  The scarf took two days and it was a pretty easy knit.

I have just come into possession of several dozen balls of bulky yarn, and had no idea of what to do with it.
Another sweater I do not need! But I love your scarf!
(And it being a quick knit is an added bonus.)

Could you post your pattern please?

Thank you in advance,
Jane2

That looks like the diagonal lace that I'm working on right now, with the om yoga bag from S-'n-B. Am I right?   Smiley

It's a quick knit and my mom loved it (so that's bonus points)
I'm away for the week (but I still had to check out craftster) so I dont have what I did in front of me.  I'll post something when I get back (around Satuday)

Either you didn't get back, yahaira, or you forgot about posting.

My bulky yarn acquisitions are beginning to feel lonely and unloved. And I don't know anyone with the S-'n-B book to check out sararosa's suggestion.

Why can't I be more inventive on my own? Sigh. I get jealous looking at craftster forums.
