I have soooo much ribbon in my stash from all the other crafts I do, and always keep the little leftover bits from projects, so when I saw the Minky tag blanket idea I just had to make one (2 actually, and more to come as I seem to know so many pregnant ladies right now, including my own DIL!).  I made them a little bigger than the ones I saw (which were about 12" square) so that they could be used as a cover in a baby carseat or stroller, but not too big so that they'd slide off easily.  A really fun project to make.
