So this is my first post, as well as my first time using fondant! I always thought its was hard to use or make but I was browsing online a few days ago and saw a super easy recipe for marshmellow fondant. I've never heard of marshmellow fondant but boy is it good. I like the taste of it a lot more that reguar fondant and it took very little effort to make.
Today was easter (Happy Easter!!) and I wanted to mess around with the fondant I made so I just made a cake and started playnig with it. I thought it was a lot of fun, I felt like a kid playing with playdough.
anyways here it is! I didnt finish it how I wanted to, I wanted to add the spirals that are on the top cake to the bottom cake in pink and I wanted to fix the yellow drops.

That's gorgeous.  Shocked  I'm going to have to look more into this marshmallow fondant idea.

I love the way fondant looks, but not the way it tastes as much.

I am looking to do a personal swap with (or will outright pay for) a knitter who could make an adult sized knitted t-rex sweater for Christmas. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

I tried to make the marshmallow fondant once, and only made a mess! This has inspired me to take a second crack at it! Thanks! Looks awesome by the way!  Cheesy

You did a great job! Your cake was so beautiful I bet it HURT to eat it! I would never have guessed that it was your first fondant cake!! And, homemade marshmallow fondant tastes so good! The Wilton stuff out of the box tastes like plastic YUK! Usually I just peel it off & eat the cake underneath.

Personal swaps? I would love beautiful/useful polymer clay items, fashion accessories, anything oriental or oceanic, or jewelry? PM me if I can make something for you! Custom glass etchings, beaded jewelry, collage artwork, winter hat/scarfs, write-on calendars, custom name boards, cookies-in-a-jar
