Is there any interest for a swap between us craftsters living in the UK?

Postage and packaging would cost much less - any ideas on what to swap?

Also, would anyone want to organise?

I'd be interested dependant on timescales involved, I'm pretty busy so I'd need a good few weeks to get organised.

There's a party in my yarn stash and everyone's invited.

I'd be interested if it was a small one.  Grin I'm quite busy for the next month or so, but after that I'd organise.

I have never been in a swop before, so a UK one would be a good start for me

what about a regional one?
so post card and a recipe of a local dish.....with a regional sweet if there is one (kendal mint cake?)
and some crafty things in there too

I am not a sheep, I dont follow....
AND please be aware, I am in England, so my spellings and sayings may seem a lil bit weird lol

I'd be up for this too - how many of us are there from the UK?

This sounds fun, hopefully by the time its all set up I will qualify for swaps (needs to go read the swap rules)

....I dont think I have a local dish  Embarrassed  Never even thought about it before.

Cool - I think a small or medium swap would be good - nothing too big.

Swapping local themes sounds good too - just out of interest, where are you all from? It'll be nice to get to know UK craftsters a bit better Smiley

I'm from Guildford, by the Surrey/Hampshire border.

I'm from just outside Glasgow so whoever I'm swapping with will be getting a deep-fried mars bar Wink

I'd definitely be interested in joining in (but like Butweed I'd need to check if I'm allowed to!). US postage on stuff is craziness so a UK swap would be a good place to start.

I'm in Berkshire, and I can't think if we have a regional food...  Huh

I was gonna take over the world but got distracted by something shiny
