The crown so cute and your daughter is adorable!
Thanks for mentioning the pattern...I just picked up the book from the library and
I'm going to make a couple for some nieces.
Did you mind telling me how well it fit and how old your daughter is so I
can guess how well it will fit them? They both live out of town and one is 1 year and the other is 2.

Well I had some issues with sizing! Probably also due to these being some of my first crochet but the first hat I did came out so small it was more doll sized.
This hat I think I used a slightly bigger hook and it fits my almost one year old snugly. If I could change anything about it I probably would make it a bit longer as it slips off easily.

It sounds like it might be too small for the 2 year old as written.
I'm thinking I will try to get the measurements of their heads since I hate to
find out that they don't fit.
If I have the time (which I doubt) I may see if I can make it adjustable.
I'm gone for the month of May but it might be worth to work on it on my trip.
