I made this hat a very very long time ago using a pattern from the book
Too Cute Crochet for Babies & Toddlers by Cynthia Preston.
I borrowed the book from the library where I used to live and would desperately
like to buy it (the patterns are just SO CUTE!) but it is hard to find and very very expensive  Sad

Anyway, here is the little hat I made for my gorgeous girl....

The colour is more of a deep royal purple... Just came out blue in every pic!

Sorry I dont have any better photos, she is not a still model and my camera decided to die after taking this one!
C&C appreciated  Cheesy

I think I'm having cuteness overload!
That is just adorable - I agree with you too - that was a great book - just keep an eye on Ebay... set it up for notices when someone lists it.  I'll also say that someone would have to be super nuts to buy the copy on Ebay for $86+ shipping - just nuts!!

My library also does a library loan deal - see if they can get it from some other library Wink

Thank you all  Cheesy
I can't believe the book is so expenisive on ebay!!! Is it rare now or something?!?!
It's times like these I wish I didn't like in a small country town or I probably could get my library to order one in for me!
I will keep searching  Grin

Aww, too cute Smiley

You can get a decently priced Used copy on Amazon, that's where I purchased mine.

The crown so cute and your daughter is adorable!
Thanks for mentioning the pattern...I just picked up the book from the library and
I'm going to make a couple for some nieces.
Did you mind telling me how well it fit and how old your daughter is so I
can guess how well it will fit them? They both live out of town and one is 1 year and the other is 2.
Thanks
