My partner still didn't get to posting my artwork. And still didn't get back to me. So I guess I'm going to post what I do have pictures of. I forgot to take a picture of my other artwork I made for her.

I received lovely pieces from murbeck yesterday, but my cats have pulled my camera off the desk and broke it. I'm trying to borrow a camera from someone... Marie- if you have pictures you want to post, please do! I want everyone to be able to see your beautiful work.

Ok, here is what I made for Pirate Coley.

Here's the main piece.  It was really hard to photograph.  I started out drawing the girl and wound up cutting her out and adding her to a painting instead.  She has a tape measure around her neck (painted on), is sewing an owl stuffy (which made from felt, and the thread is actual thread leading to a thin wire broken glued on to her other hand to symbolize the needle she is sewing with and she has actual beads in her hair too).  The tree on the left side of the painting is one that grows tomato pin cusions  


next is a smaller piece... er, pieces... it's her initials, fabric on fabric and framed individually

   so i have to start this post out with a huge apology to my partner pupper. she sent me an amazing piece of wall art, and i am unable to get a decent picture of it.  my camera was stolen while i was at work, and all i have is a very poor quality cell phone camera.  so i am posting a very dark blurry picture of what she sent.  please know that this is actually a beautiful dramatic statement piece in a gorgeous frame.
