I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO gonna win this one...

I've always dreamed of traveling on a saddled blue whale, thankfully PB holds up pretty well in salt water. Have to work fast though...

Just a thought, but if you go entirely brand-specific, you may be able to entice the chosen company into providing your PB for free, considering the massiveness of the project!

Wow!  It's so funny you mentioned this.  We actually contacted a few cracker companies to donate prize packages, but no luck.

Oh, no, Sweets, you'd be MUCH better off going with the organic/hydroponic celery farms on this one.  Go Green!!

I haven't done a challenge forever. This one has got me thinking, though!

I know it's supposed to be made of peanut butter, but does it matter if it's crunchy or smooth? What about almond butter, is that ok?

Is it acceptable to use jelly as an accent?

Also, I don't really go anywhere anymore, so I don't use transportation. Is it ok if I do a peanut butter sculpture of my favorite chair? With jelly pillows? Could I make the feet out of bread? Is that ok?

Does anyone know if peanut butter conducts electricity?  I need to find that out before I wire up the inside lights on my subway train...

Oh man. I walk everywhere but if I had a choice, my preferred method would be to glide over the surface of the earth at just like 1 inch above the ground. And then I'd kinda move around like I'm "ice skating". It's hard to explain but I've dreamt about it a bunch of times and it's really awesome.

So I guess this means I have to suspend a peanut butter sculpture of myself above the ground. What a challenge!! I'm gonna start today!!

I honestly dream the same thing, Leah! And I dream it so often and in such otherwise realistic settings that it's hard to remember that I really can't when I'm awake.  Sad

If rodents find my pb sculpture during the night and get cemented into the thick, delicious layers, is it going to offend anyone or violate the animal welfare policy (mentioned on the Crafting for Pets board) if I still take pictures and submit it for the contest? I mean, I don't want any critters to suffer or die, but after I put all that work into my project, I don't want the dead mice embedded in it to stand between me and the chance to win Craftster schwag.

This crafter is out of service most of the rest of 2015 due to a wild schedule, swapping once in a while when I can't fight the feeling anymore ("I've forgotten what I started fighting fooooor...").
Personal swaps: I have lots of home-grown rosemary and white sage available, plus altered journals.

What about using un-butter-fied peanuts?  They would make excellent buttons for my car stereo.

Dang! We are carnivores at my house, so no PB.  Cry
Let me know when you do a meat sculpture contest.

What if the meat were finely ground up. That would have the same consistency as peanut butter. Would that be ok?

My local officials denied my building permit!  Angry  I had already started opening all the peanut butter/cracker packages I had on hand and was scraping off the peanut butter getting ready to start building!
Guess I will have to wait on the next challenge!

Yes!! Now I finally have a use for all that recalled Jif. It's ok if our sculpture comes with a side of salmonella, right? I don't think you can tell just by looking...
