I would totally wear that! I love recycled crafts, especially when they're well done!

You must mean Topeka, right?

Google is a fine example each year.

How fortunate you guys have such brilliant colored panties? It looks really great! I am working on a rug from dh's old panties, but unfortuatnely, they are ALL black. Its very boring.

You know what's even more interesting about the colours?  I used mr.fantastic's underwear for this, and he is the least imaginative person when it comes to clothes.  His wardrobe is made up of blue jeans, and shirts and dress pants in black, tan, navy blue, dark green, or very rarely, maroon.

The underwear, though... I'm guessing it's his best kept secret!  Er... was his best kept secret...

I am humbled at your creativity - you have me beat in spades - I thought I was creative when I made this for our motorcycle club "Chapter Director" (CD) a couple years ago - it didn't photograph well - it says "Head CD"

I made one for the Assistant Chapter Director (Ass. CD) but couldn't get him to pose for a photo - don't know why....

That IS puzzling!

The hat you posted is pretty great, though!  I wanted to make a white hat, but I didn't have enough darn to make it nice, you know?

I do understand - I had to BUY NEW underpants to make these.  By the time hubby is ready to part with his old underpants, there's nothing left but the waistbands.

But, hey, maybe those could be sewn together to make something...  Hmmm... Maybe some installation art - maybe to wrap a tree...  Picture it - a tree blanketed in waistband elastics.  Brilliant!  No - better - an OUTHOUSE blanketed with waistband elastics!  Ooo!  Pretty!
