I want to start up a Golden Girls Swap, Maybe in June.  I dont have time to do it now, but end of May or early June I would love to start it up, Just want to see how much interest is out there.

I am only obsessed with the Golden Girls, I think it was one of the funniest shows to have ever been on air.  (essp of the late 80s/90s)

The fashion was.... words cannot explain!  The accesories?  Awww....

I think it would be pretty fun and I am sure there are other GG fans out there!!!

I love the Golden Girls!!! It's nice to know I have a kindred soul out there. I'm sure my sister (captain_obvious) would be interested in participating too. I mean just the other day we were watching the dvd and creating jewelry based on things we saw on the show.

Why can't puffins eat pancakes instead?

This is such an awesome idea. I'm definitely in.
I once met a guy who had a framed, autographed picure of Bea Arthur on his fireplace. I flipped out over it, and he said I was the FIRST person to notice it.  He'd had it for years.  Apparently there's little Bea Arthur love among my friends.

I love Dorothy's sarcasm, Sophia's blatant honesty, and Rose's crazy stories about Minnesota!!!

I love the show, too! Although, honestly, my mind is blank as to what I could make for this sort of swap. Hmmm, I'd have to think on it, but yes, am definitely interested.  Cool

HOLY POTATOES! How did i not see this sooner? I, obviously, LOVE the golden girls.  Its my sick little love affair.  Those gals are just too funny.  I used to always watch em with my grandma when i was little and i had no idea how dirty they were. Now, i can fully appreciate it all.  Even that lovable skank, Blanche.

Ideas wouldnt be TOO difficult to come up with.  A few months ago I made myself a golden girls knitting bag that ended up being a work tote for the time being.  Just used that iron-on stuff.

I would like to participate in a swap... but i'll be away from my craft supplies til late june... travelling.

ahhhhhh.... those are my same memories! I used to watch it with my Gma too!!!!  Yeah I think anything GG related.  I made some bottlecap buttons once that had blanches face on them and it said SLUT underneath.  I thought it was pretty funny.  But even making gawdy accesories would work.  pearls, stoles, earrings, etc. Or like cool stuff with GG pictures or quotes on them.  ANYTHING.  wow.  KerriedAway I think we're secret twins.
