Oooo...homemade lip balm.  (I'm addicted to lip smackers and any lip balm really...so that kit would make me nutty!)  I literally have a drawerful of lip balms - and most  of them aren't open!

Glad you liked the kit, Jaders!  I was worried about things breaking and falling apart in the box.  I think the next time I'd do the popcorn route with it!  The post-it is part of a grassroots thing for women to improve body image/end "fat talk".  Write positive messages on it for other people to find!  (It was the reason I got into stamping in the 1st place.)  Cheesy

There's my spinning kit from Zombie_Queen.  I tried doing some spinning already but it takes a lot of patience!
Thanks so much!

Oo Spinning! How awesome! I can imagine that it would take lots of patience to get it tight enough to blend different fibers in.

It does take some patience. But, stick with it!! Its a ton of fun and there are so many fibers out there to sample. I'm glad you liked the kit. I tried to include a decent selection of fibers. I would suggest spinning with the purple or yellow roving first.

Okay.. so I know I said I wouldn't open any kits I received until I sent mine out... but I sent out 1 kit already, so that means I get to open 1, right? I thought so.

Troublet sent me a yummy preserves kit!

She sent me a tool kit for filling & handling the jars, a box of lids with bands, fruit pectin, new spoons for mixing it all, and a bunch of recipes with notes! Oh oh oh! And she sent me two jars of preserves she made!!

I'm hiding these from my roommates and making fresh biscuits this weekend.. hehehe.

Thanks Troublet!!

I bet the soap kit smells wonderful.  I LOVE lavendar!

Spinning looks like it would take alot of practice, but how great to make your own yarns!

And that preserves kit looks YUMMY!

I am finishing up the tutorial for Troublet and should be sending tomorrow.  Our PO is closed on Thursday anyway, so couldn't have mailed even if I did get finished Wink LOL
