Hey guys!

i figured id show em off to you guys! I really really like simple designs and white space... i feel physically incapable of layering things the way other card makers and scrap bookers do. Maybe its a phobia?

-p.s. LONG time lurker, time to start posting EH

thanks for looking

Aw! that's a bummer!

They are *very* cute Cheesy

I do have a thought to possibly improve the first two cards... If you take a stamp pad to the edges in a complimentary colour, it will help the egg to "pop" and might make it slightly more appealing...?

if you are concerned with branching out from your "usual" style, try making some ATC's or twinchies or other small papercrafted items, but keep them for yourself. When you take away the pressure of other people liking what you do, your creativity is less timid...or, at least, mine is... Once you become more comfortable with things like layering you can integrate them into your cards...

I think what you have so far is adorable, and I wish you the best in future craft shows Smiley

PS~You used layering in the second card!
