I love fusing plastic bags, and am forever on the lookout for good ones! My son recently had his wisdom teeth out, and brought home some awesome medical waste bags. So, as a reminder of his trip to hospital I made a bag from them, an old seatbelt and a piece of black glittery polar fleece.
Here's the front

and the back

I really like like the way it turned out!

That's so cool.  I just asked my sister if she got a bag like that with her teeth!  Unfortuently her's was much smaller or I would have made her a bag!

How cool! Was it hard to make? I'm so curious about fusing plastic bags.

I've done it a lot, so it's not hard.  The trickiest part is getting the tension right when sewing it.  I use a normal machine needle and a silicone foot for sewing as it tends to stick a bit. Fusing is hours of fun, but make sure you have the windows open! I layer a couple of bags in between two sheets of greaseproof, and keep moving the iron around so it melts evenly. Wait a couple of seconds, a peel the paper off, and viola!

Isn't fusing plastic bags the best craft ever?  I love doing it, and your bag is great!

I am an apologist for the spiders.

Just treat me no differently than you would the Tarantula Queen.
