This one is little different and made from a square. I used 12 x 12 scrapbook paper and they are very sturdy. Not as green though.

thank you terri for that tutorial, I'd really like the magazine tutorial because I have tons of magazines, and I dont think making paper beads makes much of a dent in the pile

Wow, I really want to make this box, but I'm too dense to get the tut.  I tried it several times and I'm just getting a bunch of folded up paper that holds nothing.  Any clarification??

I'm also too dense, ann. The step that's foiling me (on the gman tute) is step 5 (where you turn it "inside out"). Help, anyone? I love this project, and I have tons of magazines that are dying to be turned into bowls Smiley
