This past Halloween I really got into it. I decorated absolutely everything in site and tried tons of recipes from Taste of Home. This is one of them. I'm not sure of the link but if you just go to tasteofhome.com and look for bleeding heart brie it will be there somewhere.
But all you really need is:
1 Brie (President is my fave brand)
1 can of cherry preserves
1 tube of croissant rolls

Take the croissant rolls and separate into two halves. Spread both out flat like pizza crust. Unwrap the brie and place on top of a piece of croissant. Next, pour the cherry preserves over top of the brie (but only use half the can at first. Start to pull up the edges of croissant around the brie and pour more cherries. Place the other piece of croissant on top and pinch the edges together. Bake until golden brown and the brie has melted inside. (Follow the temperature on the brie box)

Serve with apple slices, french baguette or just by itself is good enough!

Yum. I make the sister version of this with plain brie inside and serve it with a mixture of red pepper jelly and jam. But I love the concept of 'bleeding' brie.

Ohhhh, I've done this before with chutney - lovelovelove baked brie with spicy mango chutney. Why didn't it occur to me to try this with sweet + tart??
