I HATE the hooded towels they sell in the store for babies.  They are small, thin, and you can only use them for about two months. 

But hooded towels are a must for babies and toddlers.  Big fluffy towels are always more practical and I would argue that this is one of the most useful crafty gifts you could give at a baby shower.  This is the best way to make sure that your gift gets used...A LOT!

I made this from a great tutorial over at Prudent Baby and I am 100% satisfied with the results.  I may even make some for my own house.

Awesome!  I was just searching for a pattern for hooded towels yesterday!  Yours turned out really cute!

I better get cracking...this baby wants out in a few weeks lol.
