Okay so its a little after one and I was kinda getting hungry so I decided to have lunch I wanted to have a burrito with black beans corn and lettuce but I couldn't find the lettuce but there were peas so I had a black bean and corn and peas burrito

It wasn't that bad the only problem was it was room temp because I can't roll the burrito right and the microwave doesn't like me

Every time I roll a burrito it gets messed up some how

also I need vegetarian recopies that are yummy and healthy that don't involve sour cram, spicy peepers, cheese (they can have a little cheese but not much) and tofu

and easy to cook

please help reply with either recipes or burrito rolling 101
