I've noticed in the ABC swap that a lot of people have fantastic ideas for themes for inchies. What about a swap just for that? We would probably be in groups of 7 and make 7 inchies for each others (seems to be the standard). We could either give one theme and have our partners make that, or we could do a pick a theme kind of thing. For pick a theme we would name 3 (or more) different themes and let our partners choose which they wanted to make. What do you think?

If there is any interest in this I could organize it but not until the ABC inchie swap is over.  Inchie swaps are an organizer handful so I don't think I could do more than one at a time.

Is it? I hope that's ok. I haven't done any ATC swaps. I've always been interested in ATC's but just haven't made that many. Inchies are too much fun Cheesy

That was a fun swap--we could do all 9 in one theme, do 3 in one theme, 3 in another, etc....it was challenging but but the variety from one person was pretty neat!  Hey, the best swaps are the ones that are repeaters!  People love it and more people join, some take a break, come back later, etc.

I know--I prefer inchies now that I got my feet wet...they are still hard for me as I have a tough time thinking small!

I'd be up for this. Sometimes I find it liberating to work within a theme.

and I guess if somebody did miss the alphabet swap they could make that a theme!!

I want TV shows to be mine. I've been planning on making my own set, but why do that when others can make it for me!  Cheesy

Hopefully this will answer your question: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=303188.0

The only real rule of inchies is the 1" x 1" square. Everything else is open to creativity. Hope you join us! Smiley
