Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. To celebrate, I made flower ink pens.

I glued fake flowers to the tops of ink pens and wrapped them in floral tape. I know this has been done before, by someone, somewhere, but I wanted to give them a try. They turned out well. Their super easy to make and don't take much time. I posted a more detailed tutorial on my blog. Here is the link.

Comments and questions welcome.

My daughter's school has these at the front desk in a big pot and it is so funny to watch people look for pens and not realize they are right next to them!!  I love them.  I like the grip the floral tape gives them as well.   Grin

Fun idea!  I have some fake flowers and some pens...*going to the store to buy floral tape*

(I love the nifty bucket you displayed them in too!)

Oh, this takes me back. This was the go-to activity for "Floor Craft Night" when I was living in the college dorms.

I've made a ton of these. Yours are cute & I like how you displayed them in a bucket & have them in the grass as if they are really growing.
