Okay, so I haven't tried this on my daughter yet. But I sure love the look of this wrap dress -- one of my favorite all-time FOs! I used Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece. I wasn't going to bother with the embroidery, since that's not my forte, but now I'm glad I did.

Pattern is available for free here: http://tinyhappy.typepad.com/tiny_happy/2008/06/blossom---a-knitted-dress-pattern.html -- Thank you Tiny Happy for sharing!

That looks awesome.

About what size is it, and how long did it take to complete?

How sweet! your daughter is ready for spring...
The embroidery looks good, it spices it up!

Well done. Smiley

I did the 6-9 month size, although the measurements wound up being slightly larger than the pattern indicated (because I always just estimate gauge and wasn't very meticulous about my measuring).

Amazingly, it's knit all in one piece. It probably took me 2 months to knit, off & on, because I also have a 2-year old and can only find random, short blocks of time during which to knit!
