I'm wasn't sure where to put this, but my sewing machine is in my Home Sweet Home and I made the cover out of old clothes.
I had a Harry Potter shirt (Marauder's Map) that I loved, but it didn't fit anymore but I couldn't part with it.
So I cut out the sayings on each side and decided to use other fabric from clothes that I didn't wear but liked the fabric. I am still new to sewing, so it isnt perfect. But I liked the idea that I am being mischievous when sewing.
So here it is:
The front side:
It says: I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.
Next is the back:
It says: Mischief Managed.
I didn't think I would be able to make the top with the cover cut out so I just sort of sewed in two strips of yellow fabric that overlapped on each side.
So I used that black HP shirt, a pink flowery dress, and the yellow lacey edging from a skirt.
