Got all my main items done, but was hoping to get a few extra crafted items completed other than the non-crafted items I am including...will see if I can get my rear in gear back in my craft room when I get off today.  It has been SOOOOO busy at work today, I can barely craft on my commissioned button art project!  LOL!  I know, I'm doing other work when I should be concentrating on work-work.  Too bad!  It's more fun to sew buttons than answer cranky phone calls from the snowbirds.

I had to give up on one of my items.  Undecided  I had restarted it like 4 times and messed up again so I'm moving on.
Just so you know I am crafting on stuff for you. I am bad at judging size on Items that I don't buy anything for. But I am puttering along.

Hello!

I'm a little late on the weekly post here... It's finals week!
Next week, however, I'll be crafting up a storm.
I'm hoping to step out of my comfort zone with this swap, perhaps with some kitchen-related items...

Yay!

I have 2 smalls complete plus my third small about half complete. Then I'll just have my medium to do.

OK, I decided I'm finished crafting and will scout out some extras to include on the supply-side of things...gotta pass on the frugalness in the form of free supplies!

So, I made something for DQH's daughters this weekend and it turned out FABULOUS...however, it turned out to be not at all what it was supposed to be!

I'm going to start over again tomorrow...this time I'll do better...I know where I went wrong!

I've hit a wall in the crafting for you, superhooker.  It's called nice weather.   Grin  Sunshine, I almost forgot what that big glowing ball of fire looked like.  Mmmm, it even feels good pulling weeds and make me think happy thoughts.  I planted a bit more in my garden, a little succession planting going on. WooHoo!

Trying to decide if I should include a variety of dirty, grimey bits of bulbs (some of them mysteries even to me) for you to enjoy in your garden next year.  Are you game?  I found a whole treasure trove of some sort of bulb that was burried under some ground cover and hasn't seen the light of day in who knows how long, so they've been multiplying but not blooming.  It took over an hour to unearth all of the darn things and seperate them to be planted individually.  I've got daffodils, some cute little burgandy shamrocks and, of course, a ton of the mystery bulb.  Looks a little like a crocus bulb, but who knows.  I've also got some tall sometimes firey/sometimes lighter orange something that makes strings of bulbs instead of clumping ones when they multiply (forget what they're called).  There are also orange day lilies coming out my ears, if you're interested in those.

On the crafting front, I've got several different smalls done and the garage sale treasures I picked up.  The larger goodie will be started on Wed, after my annual eye exam.  I'll be sure to thread the sewing machine, before they dialate my eyes.   Grin  Luckily, I've made so many of these things I could probably do it with my eyes closed.  Good thing, huh!  I'm happy with my progress, so far.  There are several things that have been drawn out, ones cut out and we'll just see how many can be finished before the mail out date.  I am having a blast.
