I finished another project and have only one more I'd like to make before sending, which will hopefully be Friday.

My crafting has been slowed due to achy hands. Feels like arthritis. But, I think I'm too young to have it.

So, they didn't turn out EXACTLY right, but I think they'll be ok....

I just did something totally unfrugal, but I had no choice in the matter.  I got a drum carder!!!  I found it half off on craigslist, so I guess it is a little frugal.
I'm so excited!!!

It is heaven!!! Ok, specifically it is a big machine that you use to process fiber into batts for spinning.  It has 2 big "drums" with spikes all over, and they turn together, combing the fibers together as they go.

Cool, superhooker!  And half off is indeed frugal.  Smiley

I'm working away on my items but, having had a brain flash on one item, I'm off to the thrift store today to seek out one possible resource. Smiley

if only we lived closer. Grin

half off is so frugal it's cool

I am hoping to get the rest of my sewing done this week.
I have a prototype to stitch up and then the real item to make as well as a few extras that just screamed at me to make them, how can you resist when fabric yells out what it wants to become?
