You're right... AWESOME pretty much sums them up!  The raven is so gorgeous.  I love the mixture of stitches, knots, colors -- lots of contrasts, which I love!  And the Zelda one... more mixing and love (swirlies and cross stitch?  whoa.)  Fabulous package!!!!

My nana loves the two panels too! Smiley

(Sorry everyone else) but here is clearly the most awesome EEPP ever!

My swap angel Jemimah is just wonderful. Her peacock is so skillful and well designed. This will go perfectly on my recently-rearranged bedrooom walls.

It's a dull, rainy winter day, so the photos aren't great. I'll scan it at work on Monday, since this really deserves it's own thread.

This pic makes the matting look really bent. It's not really.

Ain't he sweet?

She also sent a print with drawn details. I adore this - and it will also go up on the bedroom walls. 2 individual pieces of art! I'm spoiled.

(It's only a wee bit bent, but where the colour is makes it look more bent. In a frame this will look wonderful. The white mess below it is where I covered her name in MS Paint)

Here's a sweet ATC (literature = love. Oh, and my favourite colours. I'll add this to my ATC collection.

And an awesome monster pouch. I can't knit - crochet is enough for me. 2 needles at once is too much.

And, I had a pair of gloves but my grandmother's hands were cold, so I gave her my gloves. Then I got these in the mail. Awesome! I've already worn them out last night and this morning. My mum declared you a 'clever duck' for being able to knit like that. Even Nan admired them.  Grin

Thank you so much, Jemimah! You should be so proud of your work. You have some serious skill and talent!

I scan them and PM/email you so you'll have better images.

I'm so glad that you love it! (and that you finally got a package!) She did an AMAZING job!  Did she stitch the peacock on top of felt?

Thanks! Smiley The applique piece for the peacock is vintage silk from my mother's stash. It's a very pretty teal colour, but it doesn't photograph very well.

So glad you like your package schnerby (sorry it got a bit bent in the post though, despite the DO NOT BEND all over it), it was a pleasure to angel for you.

THe fabric is gorgeous. Has a lovely sheen, and an aversion to being photographed! Must be shy  Cheesy

BTW, the gloves look a lot more clever then they actually are. They're only the second pair of gloves I've ever made. (Ravelry pattern, "My girl swirled around the world" I think.)

That peacock just makes me smile so much!

As for those gloves, I love the pattern - and would take a pair each in hot pink, red, black, blue and brown! LOL Cheesy
