I received my panel from mindboggld today and can't find the words to express how excited I am.  It is perfect for me!  I love the design, colors, stitching, tinting, and the quote.  Grin  I think I am going to incorporate it into a tote bag, but I may come up with another use...don't want to be too hasty.  I'll post what I make with it, too, but in the meantime here are some pics of the coolest panel ever!

I hope my pictures do it justice.  Thanks Kandra!  Can't wait for you to receive mine, too!

So glad you liked it! I had fun making it and loved it so much, that I did a watercolor of it last night for my office! Smiley

Can't wait to see what the mail brings me Cheesy

Awesome! I've been debating on the use of tinting, but I've already started this piece so it will have to wait for something else. I really like the tinted continents with detail stitching in them.

I dream of a house covered with your art, and would love a personal swap. Pm me if you'd like to spread the crafty love! I also need blue fabric scraps for a scrap quilt!

I couldn't help myself, I had to use my panel right away so I could go show it off.  Here is my new tote bag!  The flower coordinates with the embroidery better than it looks in the photo.  Filled with books and ready to hit the library!
