Hello,

There was some discussion on the 'Suggestions for Craftster' board, but I thought I'd give the idea it's own thread. Someone suggested a swap with the same format as Swap the Shop - where each poster posts a "shop" with items, each one given a point value, and uses the points they make from selling their items to buy from other posters' shops - but for items from our craft stash. You'd post a "shop" of your unwanted craft items and then you could swap them for other people's stuff.

It would be a bit like the "Ongoing Offer What you Have Swap" but you'd be able to claim from anyone's list.

What do people think?

This still sounds exactly like Shop the Swap to me.  Shop the Swap shops have a combination of both crafted + stash items and people are always destashing craft items in their shops.  I guess I don't really see the point of duplication?

I thought you had to have a minimum no of crafted items, and could only have a small amount of supplies at the end? Is that not the case?

We have always asked that you have at least 5 crafted items to open your shop and there's never really been any maximum number of supply-type items that you could offer in your shop.

Finding 5 crafted items to start with isn't as difficult as it seems and if you look at the shops, you'll see most people seem to have about an even number of both crafted + supply items.  Smiley
