Hi!
Heres another pic, that includes the baby. Cheesy

She started life as a geisha monkey but would have no part of it.
The fabric on the inner dress I printed with blocks of lino that I carved, (years ago) and am glad I saved some peices, it seemed to suit her.
I used to make ugg boots as a job, so it seemed fitting that she have sheepskin boots and matching hat.
She thinks she is a mongolian peasant, who knows.....
Glad she has found a good home with you and your daughter, RhymeswOrange!

I LOVE her thank you so much!  Ah, mongolian princess fits her best.  I'll have to think up a good name for her.

Everyone prepare your wists button Smiley

I received my package today from my partner yackyjan the owner of the sock monkey ranch: http://www.sockmonkeyranch.com
She totally spoiled me to death. My monkey is unbelievable. She used my theme 50's fashion (poodle skirt/ cat glasses). The details are so great.  Also she included so many extras.
Enough talking here comes the pictures.

The whole package:

All the extras:

I have big time swap anxiety, I know that I didn't spoil enough Embarrassed
I hope yackyjan like her package.

Yeeeehawww!  Got my package from bobbiemay today and I'm wild about my new sock monkey...and his horse!  I opened him in the car with my friend, Joy and we were both squeeling!

Not only did I get a cowboy monkey that will fit right in here at Sock Monkey Ranch, but he came with his very own horse.  The details on this monkey and his horse are amazing!

I introduced him to the other cowboys on the ranch and before he could even tell them his name, they dubbed him "Dude" and once a cowboy gets saddled with a nickname, he's got it forever.

Thank you so much, bobbiemay, for this adorable fellow and for the Conestoga Wagon, too. My grandsons will have fun putting that together.

Have to tell you, though...all the other cowboys are right jealous about Dude's horse.  They'll probably be bugging me for one of their own.  Thanks for the fun swap!

My goodness, all those monkeys/critters are so fantastic! So here's my update:

The rabbit and it's little friend rabbit are really cute. And those outfits!

I also like the Mongolian princess with her little friend. The boots and the fabric of her dress, amazing!

Then the cute 50's clothing monkey with those glasses and that cute skirt! You really got spoiled Bobbiemay!

But the cowboy monkey is also fantastic! That horse is fantastic! Cowboy totally fits in, the ranch is the right place to be!

Last, certainly not least: the pirate... LOVE the wooden leg, just as I imagined it should be! Wonderful.

Can't choose a favourite if I had to, their all so different and fantastic!

Still in love with my own orienteering monkey! And the little turtle has found it's way to the heart of my youngest son, and also the way to it's bed....

GIRLS, you ALL did a fantastic job!!  Grin

Wow, fantastic monkies!
The cowboy outfit is sooo cool! Cheesy And he's got his own horse, how 'bout that!
The fifties monkey looks nice too, her glasses fit the theme perfectly.
I also like the pirate with his pegleg.

Too bad the postal service hasn't delivered my monkey for Anyhall yet. It's taking too long!
