i've gone a bit Alice in Wonderland crazy lately and designed some cross-stitch pictures


this piece was for a craft swap


pincushion jar for the same swap

I asked maximumRABBIT if I could copy her "drink me" bottle for a bookmark swap. It was the perfect size and proportion for my ribbon. My partner has received, so I can post pics.
<- the bottle itself - I did not realize what a beast metallic thread was to work with, but it came out just as I wanted it, so was worth the work. The angle makes it hard to read 'drink' but it looks right on the bookmark itself.


                   
For time reasons I went lazy on the 'cake' when I found a ribbon full of cup cakes. In the original version of the book, the cake is in a glass box, hence the silver thread around it.
