I have these containers I got for free, measuring 1"H x 2"L x 4"W, and it wasn't specified what type of containers they were. When I picked them up, I saw they looked like this:

They haven't been used, but they're supposed to collect saliva samples for DNA testing. Now I have a box of about 100 of these and absolutely nothing to do with them. I thought I'd move my beads into them, but these are kind of hard to open and I don't want to have beads exploding everywhere whenever I decide I need some for a project. I suppose I could use these as molding trays, or to store small bits of ribbon that don't fit on a spool, or actual empty thread and ribbon spools.

Please help!! Any ideas of crafts I could do with these or storage ideas?

I lit up reading this because I've been wanting to do shrink plastic for forever! Off to read the number on the container...and it's #1, not #6. Darn it. Thanks anyway!

Are they big enough for a sandwich or other lunch foods?
