Here's the recipe of the tomato pesto:

Tomato Pesto

5.5 oz dried tomatoes
3 garlic gloves
Fresh basil
¾ oz fresh Parmesan cheese
1 oz ground white almonds
½ cup olive oil extra vergine
Salt pepper

Chop the tomatoes and basil in very small pieces (you could even use a mortar) and mix them with the almonds in a bowl. Then add garlic (use your garlic press!), Parmesan cheese and olive oil and mix it well. Add as much salt and pepper as you like.
Give the pesto in glass jars, cover it with some olive oil and keep it in the fridge!
