It's been a long time since I dabbled in any embroidery so my recent attempts have been a little rusty, but I really love how they turned out. Also a great way to use up some of my stash  Cheesy

I'd love to hear any thoughts  Smiley

I love all of them!! The colors are so vibrant and the images are so cheerful. They make me smile Smiley. I also really like how you incorporated the buttons.

Those are all adorable.  I love the birds and the buttons.  My college roommate would love the heart one, she's a med student.  Your stitches are so neat.

Pretty!!!!

I've never done any embroidery.. so I have some questions. What do you do with it once youre done? And any good beginner sites for using felt? I like how it looks.. it adds a nice texture. My favorite is the first, too cute! And I love that spool of thread, very life like Cheesy

I love, love, love the first bird one - especially the leaves leaving (haha) the frame...

thanks guys! I picked up some extra embroidery hoops a while back meaning to do something like this and never got around to it. Its nice to finally liberate some of my stash instead of continually adding to it  Cheesy

These hoops are meant for decoration. I was planning on attaching ribbons to them so they could be hung or you could actually just rest the hoops themselves against a nail or pin. I don't know any sites off-hand about using felt. These are made using the felt sheets you can find in any craft store. I like felt because its sturdy and shows off the stitches pretty well. I just played around with the shapes until I came up with something I liked. Hope that helps!  Wink
