i've only been crocheting for a few days, but i think granny squares are pretty self-explanatory. Smiley
these were crocheted on a #3 hook with dmc floss, just to see if i could. so, it is possible (even for a noob) and i love how the floss gives them a little shine.

the floss colors are:
yellow-3820
blues-32 & 3750
green-3347 & 890
purple-3836 & 154

thanks for looking!

That is a fabulous idea!  I have a bag of floss someone gave me and never really knew what to do with it until now!  Thanks for sharing.  Now I need to remember how to make granny squares? Smiley

to be honest, i'm really not sure. i had thought they would be cute to use as embellishments or patches, so we'll see!

These are really cute. You could make them into earrings or a bracelet maybe with a couple more/

this is so cute, it doesn't look like "just a few days" experience of crocheting! Smiley

AWESOME job!

That give's me an idea. Anything miniature always makes me think of my daughter's dollhouse.

She would love matching afghans for her and her dolls. Let me add that to my never-ending list!

Happy Hooking!

I really like the idea of a bracelet with these, sounds like something they would sell in a cute boutique or Anthro. Cheesy  I would make myself one if I knew how to crochet  Huh  Nice work!
