I didn't realize the pockets were too long. I was following a pattern for a crochet roll-but maybe she (the pattern creator) doesn't mind digging for needles???

The top ones go to the bottom of the roll. I almost lost a hook before I realized. I had enough pockets for all of my hooks in the bottom ones and wasn't sure if you did it on purpose or not but I'm sure it will fit knitting needles so it's accidentally more awesome Smiley I hadn't crocheted since I made my mom something. Now that I have a new roll for my hooks I've started up again Smiley

Wow, I can't keep up either, every time I get on here there's a few more incredible packages to marvel at/ ogle. I am far too tired to go through and comment on every individual thing I loved, because every package had something that blew me away(props to Parisgirl for taking the time to comment on everyone's... I just ditto what she says  Cheesy)

And also to Parisgirl, thanks! It was fun reinterpreting those drawings with paint, but I definitely relied on the original line drawing heavily to get the hand to not be wonky =]

Psst.. here's a secret. Your last mortal thought will be, "Why did I take so many days- just like today- for granted?"

Those original drawings are so amazing...but it's fun to see them converted through new eyes too!

So, I received yesterday and wasn't able to post pictures last night but here are the pics of my awesome package! It came a very long way from danger.kitty in New Zealand all the way to Canada!
First is a picture of all the goodies (minus the sailor Jerry style embroidered Alice which I forgot in the initial photo lol it was already hanging up Wink)

Next is this beautifully crocheted Cheshire cat that my daughter already loves to cuddle with. I just love all of his features! You did such a great job on him!

Following the kitty is a BEAUTIFUL 4 piece puzzle featuring my daughters name which I plan on framing because it is so beautiful and thoughtful. I really love this piece.

Next are three Tim Burton style fridge magnets. They totally rock! I wish I had thought of this too Smiley I'm saving them to put on my new fridge when we move next month. I don't want them to get lost/separated Wink

Next is my beautifully embroidered Alice in Sailor Jerry Tattoo style. She's too cool danger.kitty! You really did a fantastic job for your first try at embroidery. I think I'll have to give it a shot soon enough too Smiley

Last, but certainly not least, is a red rose necklace only half painted by the cards. It's so pretty and a super clever idea too Grin

I just love my package danger.kitty! Thank you! You were an awesome swap partner Smiley All the very best to you and yours!
